      Dave...….these are off the preface.
you need to remove the full lot of rubbers etc from the preface and then remove all yours to fit the preface.

feck that...….I just took the trims and used a Dremel to take all the bits off the inside and used Sikaflex to bond them over the existing black one..... you can get them from Ali Express but theyre about £90.
the ends need to be trimmed because on the preface they went down under the chrome bits on the door

Each to their own but I think chrome looks far better on a red Insignia.

                Thanks guys.

I just thought that some facelifts look bare without that chrome bit.
After all, they're fitted on some facelifts but not all, yet all preface ones had it.... typical vx cost-cutting.

Them in their wisdom like to do changes like that between preface and facelifts.. Don't understand why.. us customers want those bits you remove!! Suppose another way to make money on the spec sheet.. 'Oh customers seem to like that.. lets charge more for it as an extra on the Facelift'

Think of all the changes between Vectra C pre and face

Yeah that's true....my son bought a 2003 Vectra LS, I had a 2008 Vectra SRI XP1.....and it wasn't set up for half the things the LS had.

So bloody angry having to retro fit everything

True, all retrofitted at 1/10th of the cost

Just a shame it was easier on the Vectra with OpCom... locked the newer cars down to need factory approval codes to enable things now
