9006 vs HB4 vs 9012

so one of my hid ballasts just popped, only had them a day but i also noticed they have the 9006 base, other than that is there any other difference.

I thought maybe the 9012 had a double filament, also are 9006 and HB4 the same, they seem to me to be.
