Alternate flexorganiser?

Hi all

The previous owner of my car attached this to the rear of the nearside rear seat, I was wondering if anyone knows you might call it and where to get it from.

I wouldn't mind putting it down the sides of the boot like the flex organiser to hold jerry cans in place in the boot when I have to go and get fuel for the tractor.
