2.0 cdti eco flex etc codes

Hi,
First time forum user and I’m hoping some knowledgeable people can help me here. I have a 2016 2.0 CDTI ECOFLEX 170 bhp which has the engine warning light appear.
I used an icarsoft Opel II reader and it shows up 2 unknown codes:
P220B and U029e.
A quick google search seems to suggest exhaust gas temp sensor position 1, mine has a lambda sensor and 2 temp sensor (see pics).
I cannot find anyone selling these, anyone any ideas??

So it was the nox sensor - garage replaced it under warranty. Thanks for your help.

Yer I had the same fault on mine 3 weeks ago and dealer also replace mine under warranty, mine at the time had only done 28K from new
