Yes, they can ship to my country, but the shipping cost 20 euros. Philips LEDs with integrated CAN-BUS would cost much less in the end.

It could cost a lot more if you buy different bulbs and the led chips don't sit within the sheath to get the correct cut off though. Do you have a link to the Philips ones?

This is the original link, but it's not in English, so that is the closest I could find in English. The seller says that these bulbs should be perfect as they sit exactly the same as would halogens do.

I had the 9012 fitting of those in my Insignia A facelift. They're not bad bulbs but they were in projector lights. It'll be interesting to see the beam pattern when they're in reflectors.

They're not Philips bulbs but do have Philips led chips.

Regarding the lumens..if the bulb pattern is incorrect you will just have a brighter unfocused glare..this will only lead to frustrated oncoming drivers..concentrate on the bulb pattern and anything in the 4000-5000 range will be perfect.. huge difference from the original halogen candles

Get some pics up of the beam pattern against a wall when you get them.

CAN-BUSes I've ordered from the other shop. The quality looks so so, but they do work.

The quality of the bulbs is good. The brightness is excellent. The color is white with a small shade of blue. Very similar to the daytime running lights. The first picture is OEM halogen bulbs, second and all others are new LED lights:

In a photos the light color looks a bit greenish, but it actually isn't. Something wrong with color reproduction of the phone camera.

They look great. The output and beam pattern is spot on.

Excuse me, what do you mean "any flashes yet?". If you mean other drivers flashing at me because my lights are too bright, then - no. None yet. But I've used them for a very limited time.

I meant if there was too much stray light (oncoming traffic flashing lights) from the bulbs' light pattern compared to halogens, but looking at the pictures they most likely won't dazzle oncoming traffic. They actually look pretty similar to Intellilux lights in terms of light pattern.

I can tell by the beam pattern they're the same as mine (apart from the kick up at the other side because you drive at the wrong side of the road ) and I've never been flashed once in 6 months . The kick up lights the side of the road/pavement while the cut off aims the beam so it isn't dazzling oncoming/preceding drivers.

Interesting that's there's less kick with the stock halogens. The kick to the right (non UK) with the LEDs does seem impressive and thus illuminating the kerb, hedges etc. much better.
