Alarm going off for no reason

Hi all, don't know if it is connected but yesterday the electric boot on my 2010 sports tourer stopped working, today the alarm has started going off for no reason, full alarm with indicators. First off, is it possible to lock the car without arming the alarm so it won't be going off all night, then any idea what's causing it please?

It used to be if you locked it with the key then the alarm was disabled but I’ve no idea if that’s still true

Try removing fuse 63 from the engine bay fuse box. It disables the rear/boot window break glass detectors. They seem to go faulty alot, it might work for you, it worked for me. I just leave it out as all the other sensors still work.
