  • What Engine oil for a Insignia B sport tourer 2.0

    So looking to get a bottle oil now that i have a diesel. I know that I need dexos 2, I have been looking on Euro car parts and seen this but just not sure.

    Why will you need oil because you have a diesel

      Because diesels are supposed to actually burn some oil.

        Thats what i use in mine the one in your link. Used asda oil before bit with this shell one the engine seems just a little bit quieter

          5w-30 fully synthetic DEXOS 2 compliant according to the manual.

            Yep as above I just use the GM 5w 30 oil in mine.

              That's ok for diesels; however, for petrol Grand Sports, DEXOS 1 Gen 2 oil is specified.
