    Here's a video on youtube showing you (rather briefly) where the sensor is.

    There's nothing difficult about it, just tedious. You have to jack the car up and take the wheel and the mud cover off for easy access. After that, you'll probably need to use a large screwdriver to pry the old sensor out after you unscrew the only screw holding it in place. I used one of those plastic trim removers since that was the only thing I had that was thin enough to fit.

    After you remove the sensor from the hub, trace the cable to the connector, unplug it and then you can use a side cutter or pliers or something to cut or to pry off the cable ties from the car. Once you got the old one out, snap the new sensor and cable in and then you can place everything back on the car.
