  • Engine Light question

    Hi all.

Is it normal for the engine light to be on with just ignition selected. It goes once started. Maybe I've never really noticed it, can't remember

Perfectly normal. Only need to worry about it if it comes on when engine running

The main purpose of the 'engine' light is to test emissions, which can only be done when the engine is running. As said, if it goes out all is fine.
