Remap and carbon clean

I've seen an offer from a local tuning company, £160 for a Dyno run, remap, and carbon clean for the engine. Thinking of getting it for my 2010 2.0 cdti, 160bhp. Just curious, anyone had a carbon clean or terraclean done? Is it worthwhile, got 74500 miles on my car. It's plenty quick nuff as is tbh, does a stage 1 remap put that much extra Strain on the engine drive train etc?
The car has a full set history and drives fine as is.

Offering the above at that price I'd be doing plenty of research first. Remaps can be great but they can also screw everything up. Price seems to good to be true.
