Insignia 2010 SRI Standaard DRL Bulbs to LED MOT Failure?

Hi Guys

I removed the crappy orange drl's from my Insignia sri 2010 and replaced them with led's which look much better as my mot is due in April would this be a failure?

As long as they dim with your headlamps on you’ll be fine, if they stay bright it will fail
