Just registered, and even asked my first question in the lights section. After driving a 2004 renault laguna for the past 10 years, and a 96 reg laguna for 8 years prior to that, i have to say i am liking my new vauxhall insignia 2015 cdti 2.0 sri ss 140hp and 76mpg if you can believe the figures, and road tax of euro 180 a year, compared to nearly 700 for the laguna. bought the car in tandragee co down, from a really nice dealer a week or so ago, low mileage 24k for 10.000 euro, with another 2k to pay on monday when we register her in southern ireland, for a country that deals only in opel insignias, their is nearly the same amount of vauxhall insignias on the road here, saved quite a bit of money by going to the UK to buy our car, we nearly bought one from a dealer near me, a 2014 vauxhall insignia again, with nearly 80000 miles on the clock for 11500 euro, so for 500 more we got a nearly 2 year better car with 60000 less miles on the clock. I only hope she will be as reliable as the 2 lagunas we had for nearly 20 years. Anyway, just thought i would say hi to all the members of this forum, i realise it is a UK community, but we are all in the EU, All insignia drivers transcend man made boundaries, just having a bit of a laugh their guys.
