Looks fairly reasonably priced on here, although the shipping is a bit OTT:

Worth looking at the difference between distilled and deionised. I've two dehumidifiers running in the house and I just pour the water away...

Try your local Motor factor, We used to use it for topping up batteries. Less need for it nowadays tho

                      Thanks guys.

The DIY route looks good, as I'm a tight git, but too much hassle .

Deionised is different. It needs to be distilled as this has all the crap. Taken out.

Yep, I remember taking the cell covers off the battery and topping up

Isn’t distilled water the same as ironing water?

                          Unfortunately not .
                          I've checked into it.

De ionising water is used for ironing....unless your in my house, then it's tap water .

                            Distilled water

Halfords sell ironing water, sorry distilled for batteries not irons of course. Honest my mum still uses it.

Edit. wrong Halfords top up water is de-ionised water and it’s £2.80 with a trade card
