  • Smeared/greasy windscreen solutions?

Have real bad smearing problems on the windscreen. Prior to fitting a new set on Denso Hybrid blades today, have tried the following to remove the grease (which I think was caused by the dealer pressure washing the car with whatever back in November):

CIFF (or Jiff powder) and non stick white washing up pad.
    Bar Keepers Friend
    Acetone
    Thinners
    TFR (traffic film remover)
    Panel Wipe
    Vinegar & newspaper

Any other chemicals/suggestions would be most welcome as the smearing persists

Wow is there any glass left?

Neat white vinegar, you can also use a clay bar.

I use a glass cleaner that comes out white foam like (mouse) you could try looking in bathroom or under sink for "bathroom mouse", but also I have used soap powder on wet cloth giving screen good rub then hose down WELL.

Sorry, did try a clay cloth before with limited success. Need to get white vinegar next and liking the idea of washing powder.
