You can buy decal paper on eBay that will accept inkjet or laser printer ink, only problem is white. If you want white lettering on a blue background for example, you'll need to print a 'negative' (i.e. clear lettering on a blue background) then paint a white patch on the model and apply your decal over it so the white shows through the lettering but is obscured by the blue part of the decal.

Mine is fish. A few years back I decided I wanted to keep Koi I now have some biggish Ghost Koi (as tough as old boots) and Albino grass carp (photo).
When I built my first pond the advise was to bye some fish to help start the filters, expecting to loose a few as the pond matured. That was twenty years ago, I've moved house and I've still got the same fish. I've added a couple of green tench, that's all, never bought any more Koi.
They are beginning to out grow this pond now, so new pond in offering cough

              Fecking ace mate.

Any hard copies going about.....as you can tell from my initial post, I'm a collector....and both these ( if on cd ) would be a welcomed addition to my collection.

From the description on Amazon, sounds like one of our European cousins is ripping chewy off - literally!
Quote:"When sold by Amazon.com, this product is manufactured on demand using CD-R recordable media." Doesn't this infringe copyright? (Unless chewy has a media factory Sur le continent?

Yeah, well I could provide similar 'manufactured on demand' copies of around 500 CDs, and a helluva lot cheaper than £30, but I don't, cos copyright belongs to someone else. Amazon are @ssholes to be selling this kind of stuff so brazenly.

16 years of collecting and god knows how much money later Iv got this collection of trucks. This is just a few pictures of half of my collection, Been collecting since I was 11 and would use what ever money I had to buy a corgi truck! I'm a truck driver now myself and have been since I was 19 years old driving all over Europe.

Nice collection, Shane. Did you see my post earlier in this thread (page 7)? I've got a 1:43 of every car I've ever owned, but some of them are the wrong colours. Now, if only I had an airbrush...

We got signed twice, once to Matchbox Recordings, and then to Leaping Cat Records,.. both amounted to ... nothing really. Matchbox Recordings peddled our CD but we never saw anything from it.

Yeah, one of the problems I found is that some cars that were really popular in the 70s and 80s aren't available in model form. Rootes Group (Hillman, Humber) were the worst, had to buy a resin handbuilt model of the Sceptre for about £80! And oddly enough, you can pick up loads of Sierra saloons or XR4s in 1:43 diecast, but no-one makes the 'repmobile' 5-door hatchback - again had to buy a resin one.

                                Morning folks,
I thought i'd revitalise this thread with another of my recent builds,
                                so without further adieu,

Here's my 1/12 scale build of Boba Fett from the Star Wars universe..
however.. instead of building 'another Boba Fett', i've finished him as a character from the upcoming Star Wars live action series..'Cobb Vanth'...or more commonly known as 'The Mandalorian'..

This was built over a three week period with just three reference pictures to base him on.. (PICS AT THE TOP.)..

(Funny thing is that, just after i completed this Disney released some actual costume images...i think i got it pretty close using guesswork...)
