  • Greetings from the Auvergne!

    Hello chums! :-)

Thank you for letting me into the group, much appreciated.
I bought my insignia about three months ago from the vauxhall dealership in Uckfield, East Sussex. Then drove it over here to central France where I live with my wife and son. It's my first insignia and I love it to bits,... however,.. whenever I now accelerate with any degree of gusto, she goes into limp mode. I've plugged in a code reader, but no faults come up. She had a full service and healthcheck by vauxhall as part of the sale, so I'm thinking that it's too early for any particulate filter issues? The hose doesn't appear to be damaged, so I'm at a bit of a loss. Any advice would be most gratefully appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

    All the best,
    Steve. :-)

Many thanks, I'll try to take a better look at the hose. Fingers crossed it's an easy enough fix. Thanks again, Steve

Welcome. As said above it does sound like the turbo / intercooler hose. Hard to see a spilt sometimes. Try to rub your hand round bits you can’t see for oil residue.

Easy fix if it’s that though.
