Good news regarding oil seal of death

Woke up this morning to a letter from Vauxhall, stating that the oil pick up seal in our engines will now be changed free of charge at Vauxhall even if the car is out of warranty. They now accept the fact that there is a flaw within the seal itself.
There was also a form attached to claim money back for anyone who has had the work carried out already.

Hello, I have a same issue with my Insignia 2.0 dth engine, since I live in Turkey, I didnt receive any letters including such a problem. Can anyone please share the letter image with me? It will be useful for me while I'm struggling with Opel Turkiye. I'll be missing that image, because this is a big deal for me.
