    Going to be putting some USB chargers in the siggy and remove the cigarette output, am i best disconneting the negative from battery, also if i do disconnect will it affect anything? not disconnecting before.

    nope....you don't need to disconnect anything.

    just make sure the wires don't touch if the ends are bare

          Also for future reference....Disconnecting the battery does no harm......It's the usual trick people try when they have an electrical gremlin. Dc the battery for 20 minutes to see if it sorts it. You're asked to Wind each of the electric windows down and up when you reconnect but that's all.

                        Yep....it's leather interior but CBA trying to get the original heat pads working....to much hassle with the wiring etc.

                        So I bought 2 kits and stripped all the seats down, fitted the kits and wired it all up.

                        The red glow is just a small led fitted into the rear consol
