Make sure the connections on the solenoid are tight. The solenoid sits on top of the starter. Then check any earthing straps from the engine to body.
It does sound like it maybe a solenoid contact that has come loose or maybe the solenoid itself is on the way out.

Best to open bonnet close all doors and wait for any lights to go out then disconnect battery terminal and put a multimeter across to see what current is being drawn.

If the battery is going flat, but it's passed a proper test.
First step is a quiescent drain test.

Multimeter configured on amps, red lead into the 10a socket.
Disconnect the battery, place one lead on the battery post, the other lead on the battery lead you removed.
You are basically flowing all of the current through the meter so I can be measured.

You need to ideally do this without fully removing battery lead. Like slide the multimeter lead underneath. Otherwise the current will spike as all the modules wake up, and it may blow the meters internal fuse.

Vauxhall will have a spec, but generally, on modern cars, anything over 30ma is a potential issue. A short spike above is ok, but if its sitting at say 100ma for a minute, there is a drain.
