Disconnecting wing mirror wires

Hi, I need to remove my wing mirror. Bolts are undone and it's readily coming off but my stumbling block is the connection in the pic... I can't disconnect it!
Because these look so finicky I want to be really careful. I've tried unplugging it but some catch is holding it. The problem is that I can't see any release catch. The tweeter catch was easy to release but I don't see a similar bit of plastic to hold down while releasing the connector to the mirror. The black piece on top seems to be fixed and immoveable. Any guidance appreciated!

Slide that Gray part to the side first

IIRC there is a little bit you have to press in on the side. If all the screws/bolts are undone then pull the mirror off the car, there was enough cable slack to remove the block from outside the car
