Tire pressure sensors?

From what I've been looking at on ebay there is the valve and sensors is separate. You just screw the sensor onto the end. So it could probably be that my wheels where on a insignia that did have tpms but my car doesn't and the valve was just left on.

My TPMS sensors look different to these, quite chunky in fact will get a shot in a bit for you, could be how it sits on the wheel
