Ok so this Vectra I have purchased seems to have a little fault with the lights, all lights are working as they should but every now and then it says on the dash HIGH BEAM with the little bulb error light on dash, anyone know what it could be ?

Could be the bulb on its way out, or connection not quite right. Take both sides out, clean connections and reseat to see if it clears the random code
