        I've seen this happen up my road a few times. We have some individuals who buy a nice big BMW X5 or similar then think they don't need to pay the tax because its "too expensive and a rip off". Oddly they pay once the cars been clamped and they need the car for the school run. The only car I saw lifted was an Aygo. Its £20 tax a year on them! Why not pay it! The mind boggles...

          It just shows they can all afford thousands on thease super duper looking cars , but they just cannot afford the tax ! .if she swears she been paying it ,,, then begs the question what his she been paying by direct debit? .
