phone connection

i own a 2012 insignia elite my question is on the steering wheel i have a phone switch and on the console i do also ,does my car have bluetooth ? and how do i connect my phone for hands free
button on steering wheel doesn't seem to do anything at all i've looked in the manual but can't seem to find anything

Have a look in the Infotainment manual for your particular year (available online}, that should give you a guide.
