Multi media track pad

Morning All,

New to the forum after recently coming back to the insignia world. 😁

After a bit of advice. Does anyone know if the multimedia track pad which goes with the handbrake switch can be retrofitted? I've got a 66 plate VXR and found a couple for sale and was hoping it would just plug in but I'm guessing some programming would also be involved?

I thought that might be the case. Was going to pull it out when I finished work to see but thought I'd ask here first. Thanks for the reply.

As you have the hmi 2.5 (apple car play etc) unless plasma has found a way. Then no.

As you can just say hey siri or ok google. Why would you need it?

To be honest I probably don't. Just found one in a scrappy and thought I'd add it to mine if it was plug and play. �� just to fill the gap

No worries, it would need programming and additional wiring adding (pre-hmi 2.5) anyways
