Sports tourer B wheel well

Hi all. I have recently purchased a late 2017 B Sports Tourer. Only had puncture kit under the floor and currently in the process of getting a spare wheel and toolkit.
I have noticed on Autotrader that some Sports Tourers have a circular matt under the spare wheel and also a large formed foam piece that sits under the boot floor on top of the spare wheel / inflation kit. I don't have anything
Should I have these in the wheel well? Anybody got any pics? Part numbers?

I can't help with the boot floor etc but just a heads up before buying a spare wheel the stud pattern is different on the Insignia B to the Insignia A so make sure it's for a B....In case you didn't know.

Thanks marko301. Have already read up on this. Made sure I got a 5 x 115 spare.
