Is it possible to put a few instructions on "How to use them, do's and don'ts" I'm getting to an age that after a good wash, wax and polish, it feels like my shoulders and elbows are about to drop out of joint. That's if there isn't one already.

Not sure if there is one in the how to section.
I've done a couple off 1 day courses on machine polishing over the years, you tube video junkman is also good to watch. Using a da is easy as it's hard to burn through the paintwork. Unlike a rotary which can in no time. I've got a z4 and small range rover which I should be doing soon . Mate wants me to do his old classic rolls Royce, big it's a monster in size.

i have argos's cheap one used 3 times so far
done mine on the weekend with it
2 m cable (but use a 10m single socket extension)
2 bucket wash
fallout
clay
meguirs ultra compound
meguirs NXT wax (2 coats)
