  • Shocks bushes?

    Hello
got Insignia 2009 with A20NHT engine
it has polyurethane bushes in the front suspension arms
the car drives and handles perfectly but there is only one thing
while driving and steering left or right with brake pedal pressed if there is a bump I hear a harsh "clung" sound coming from the left side (front wheel)
but if no braking was applied nothing is heard
if the front wheels are straight on bumps I hear nothing even at high speeds

I went to several workshops and they all assured nothing wrong with suspension arms bushes or joints

    what could be wrong
could it be front shock absorber mounting bush?
are they prone to wear in the insignia
    kindly advise
hope I was able to explain the problem I'm experiencing

When the clung happens can you feel it through the brake pedal ( like the abs cutting in ? )
Could be suspension top mount bearing
Or lower spring plastic cover ( if fitted )
    Or drop link .
If you have had it checked , have they checked it with the car on a ramp ?
Because if they are then that is not reproducing the symptoms, as it only happens when the weight of the car is on the ground .

When you are cornering with brakes applied, body is pushing forwards and sideways, check suspension mounting at bottom, this is where most force will be being absorbed.

İt turned out the bolt in the below picture was loose
        Tightened and issue sorted
