Removing Grand Sport Headlamp

Hit a pheasant a while back and I'm now getting a lot of condensation in the nearside lamp when it rains
I think its water ingress actually.

Anyone know how to remove the unit it so I can examine it for damage?

it's 2018 Grand Sport with halogen units. Hoping bumper removal isn't required!
