  • Front bumper crash bar

After a slight mishap with a tipper van and its tow bar, the need to put a straight front crash bar is a start. Said impact was 30mph (so I'm told) wasn't driving. Now the passenger part ended up getting sheered at the bolts, no big one as where it is joined to the body the four bolts undid without an issue but getting the arm out is proving to be a pain. In all honesty a few slaps with the hammer didn't release them, so once the car arrives back at mine to do the work I'm going to use a tow rope to pull the little bugger out. My question is should these pull out with ease if said car hasn't had a front end knock?
    Thanks in advance

i think there is a couple of spot welds that need a quick grind before it will pull out.

The crash bar is only bolted on.
It's kinda angled onto the front supports, so it will probably be stuck on through a build up of numerous amount of **** over the years.

Indeed 4 bolts and 4 spot welds freed said arms
