Insignia boot only opening half way... any help or advice how to fix?

Hi All,
My boot lid only opens electronically half way then stops I push it up the rest of the way. Not ideal at present any help on how to sort it be super!!!

Hi,

I'm sure someone will be along with more knowledge on the electric boot opening but I think there may be a setting to stop it opening to high in a multi story car park where there isn't much head room. Could it be that maybe?

Thanks a mill marko301 sorted now!! Any idea how to turn down the dims mine are high cause people tend to flash when I’m driving at night on dims. Any help be super once again!!

Dims? What year is your car and does it have AFL or standard lights?

marko301 it’s 2016 eh lights I assume are standard. If I get a picture would you know by looking at them?

Apologies by dims I mean regular driving lights. They are high when I’m driving as oncoming traffic tend to flash me a lot thinking I have full head lights on.

is it an elite spec ? if it is you defo have afl

yes theyre AFL headlights,,if you have high beam assist switched on,sometimes they can be a bit lazy switching to dip,from main beam on detecting oncoming traffic

Yeah it's AFL. You might need to change the setting but Dave is better off helping you. I'm a pauper with standard lights
