    Android Auto Dilemma

    Apologies if this has been already asked but I have a '16 plate with NAVI 900 , the software version is 23415882. it works beautifully with apple car play( plug my wife's iPhone 7 in, works straight away) but when I plug my android phone in (with android auto installed) it knows there is a phone plugged in but it just doesn't work!?!
    How can you tell from the software version if you need the update for Android Auto? T.I.A

    Not all of them came with android installed it can be added by the dealer. Best call them and ask with your reg.

      Probably cheaper to just 'upgrade' to an iPhone when my contracts up than go to a stealer!!

        Somebody on Facebook just got it for £43 not sure where but was a vx dealer

          Look in settings. Last owner may have turned AA off. You can turn both on and off in settings.

          Cars after June 2016 had AA installed as well as CP.
