  • Insignia no3 grand sport tourer

So I’ve decided to get upgrade from my 2016 tourer (sad to see it go[emoji24]) I’m collecting my new toy, a 2019 grand sport tourer vxline on Saturday, as you can see the kids are happy with it! [emoji3060][emoji16]. I’ve already ordered hekos, genuine mats and lowering springs but I’m looking to see what other things folk have done to their Insignia Bs? Also is there any recommendation for headlight upgrades? I had HIDs in my last but I’m aware they won’t have the correct beam pattern in the new car.

It makes no sense to me mate, they go to all the effort of making e cars look good, more toys and safety features yet they still use crap lights unless you pay extra thead I’ve got a 23yr old mk3 Golf gti as a weekend toy and the lights are just the same as that, you’d think they would have decent lights as standard now

Nice looking car......but I am biased!

I put some ring xenon 130% brighter bulbs in all 4 beams, they are whiter and brighter (a lot) but not the same as Hids. They do for me though.

                Happy motoring..

Don’t suppose you’ve got any pictures of your lights or links to where to get them?

                      Welcome to the B's

We're putting LEDs in them but it's really important you only put these in your dipped beam for the correct beam pattern https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0773CW4..._FHHRfbCfpS77t

You also need error cancellers for dipped https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F183621759813

We have these in main beam https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F152930141678 They're a lot cheaper but don't have the correct beam pattern for dipped....Too much scatter. Ideal for main beam though.

Also, no need for error cancellers in main beam.

No expert at taking photos in the dark, they don't look quite as white as they do in the pictures but they do give a strong light. I adjusted the lights up a bit as well they were too far down in my opinion.
