Broken spring..... lowering springs which ones?

Spring just snapped as I pull on the drive. Told the wife that it’s £60 each from euro car parts. Or I can get a set off eBay for around the same price. They say it’s safer todo them as pairs so I’ll do all 4 [emoji1787][emoji1787]. She went yeah that’s fine

So my question 30mm or 40mm. Which brand is everyone using? I don’t want to go mad low but low enough. I don’t want coilovers either

With 20's I'd stick with 30mm
