For ALL thats getting a little confused on how to upload
Click on the icon i have circled in red, a small window will appear makesure its from 'My Computer' then 'choose file' where ever it is on your pc then 'upload file' and it will appear.
If you want to add hi res pictures from a host site such as flickr just get the share link from that site and add it to this window no need to do anything else
