    Voltage isn't main criteria when starting an engine. If the battery or earth is breaking down under load car won't start.

    But as your video shows its not even trying to turn over, so I'm guessing a faulty module or immobiliser locking ignition out.

      I didn't tought that turning the fog lights can do this kind of damage...a short circuit should go in the fuse box, by my knowledge, but no further to create this problems.

        When you jump started the car did you put +ve to +ve and -ve to -ve?

            Check module in boot isn't wet, normally with can bus systems one area of system rarely affects another.

              Someone came to view the car today...apparently there was fuse burned that created all sort of errors in the ECU. Replaced the fuse and cleared the errors....now car workes just fine. ALWAYS call someone who knows what to do.
