I got myself an insignia B not long ago. I want to see what other members have done to theirs. I love the gen 1 cars, I had one years ago.
Show me your grand sport insignias if you can. Its like looking for a needle in a haystack among all your lush A models

Not a GS, but can't resist looking at the Insignia b. Only mods on mine so far are some fatter tyres. Anyway gets the thread back up for more posts!

I don't think the GS needs too much doing to it because they got it just about right but here are the few bits I've done to mine.

Replaced the plastic door pins with these anodised ones from Ali




Smoked side repeaters because the originals are a bit light for my taste




Got a nice little tray from Ali to make better use of the space under the armrest




The e-brake switch has a nice chrome tip so Ali to the rescue for matching window switch tips



I'm not one for heavily modding cars. I like the look of them and love other member's examples but I don't like driving over modded cars myself if that makes sense. Face doesn't fit kind of thing. But I do like to stick my own mark on the car so I know it's mine in a carpark etc...

So.....

The two major changes on mine are I had the wheels powder coated black because I prefer black wheels on a red car and I replaced the rear trim that hides the exhaust for the trim with duel dummies.







I'd like 20s but not gonna happen unless something drastically changes on our pothole riddled roads.

I've got them flowing led side repeaters from Ali aswell, black not smoked. When it stops raining I'll show you's. They're my favourite bit .

Yeah I had them on mine but took them off again...I couldn't get on with them because they're the only lights that sweep. If the fronts and rears were both sequential they'd have been better. they do look good though.

You're still confusing brainwash for common sense or good taste. I used to be stuck in my ways like you. It's so liberating once you take the plunge. I think it could be the reason you wash your car so much. In your subconscious you know It's missing something. All the cleaning in the world isn't going to give you the look you're hunting for.

What size tyres did you go with, 255/35/20 or 255/30/20?
