    Don't worry about it! Its not an issue.??The sensors noramlly work straight away anyways.??It's only when you have the sensors moved around the car (i.e. not put back in the same wheel position) that it may take a while to recalibrate, but even so, it doesn't matter, it'll only take a few mins.?? Your friend is talking bull.... You can drive off staright away, no need to wait.

    The handbook does say that the car should stand for 20mins after replacing wheels.

    However, in practice, if the wheels go back on to the same hub that they came from, it's not really necessary. Only if the wheels are moved around, or a new sensors are fitted will it really be necessary.

    As said, the TPMS system will relearn the sensor locations within 10 - 15mins, once the car is on the move.
