Wheel Bolt Pattern

I am after buying an identical full size spare for my 65 plate 1.6 diesel.

I already have the boot raisers, so i am ready to go.

However, looking on ebay. A few listings have got me confused.

One states the wheel for sale will only fit a diesel and another listing for a different wheel, states it will onlt fit a petrol??????

Is this the case for Insignias?

Mine are 18" with 245/45/18 tyres. If i buy another the same size will it fit? Or are there multiple wheel bolt patterns on the insignia?
