Steering Rack Reprogram

Hi All

I have a Vauxhall Insignia B 2017 and it has had a new steering rack fitted and the garage it is with have just found out it needs to be programmed to the car so has been booked in at a dealer.

Is this is simple job and what does it involve?

Is it the steering angle sensor calibration ?
If so then they require the correct diagnostic tool .
But I'm not telling them how to suck eggs , but sometimes if the steering wheel is slightly off set let it right then it will throw up the code for the steering angle sensor.
Just hopefully they disconnected the battery before removing the rack , because sometimes that can throw a wobbly in the cim/ clock spring ,
