        You can get them on eBay.
        70mm halo rings.
        They can be fitted with the bumper in place, all you need to do is remove the rear part of the fogs from underneath.

              Yes you naughty people, I've purchased a set of second hand fog lights that was first thing this morning!! and I'm going to split the lenses
              And see which diameter to get .
              Then I'm going to put a question in the right section about headlight bulb upgrades
