DAB poor

Hi I have a 67 insignia B sri. My DAB reception is shockingly poor, is there anyway to boost or upgrade please, the wife's pug 308, has far better signal (embarrassing).

Due to various fun and games with my car since December I’ve been in a corsa, mokka and insignia b that we’re all 17 or 67 plates and the DAB signal was awful to the point I used to stream radio x from my phone over CarPlay. Not sure what they changed but in my actual car, 18 plate insignia b tourer, it’s miles better and hardly ever loses signal. The corsa and mokka has the same system as mine whilst the insignia had the sat nav version but were just rubbish.
