Vacuum pump leaking

Hello got 2009 insignia A20NHT (petrol) automatic gearbox
The vacuum pump is leaking oil
Does this cause rough gear changes at very low speeds?
Sometimes while braking and just before the car stops the gearbox engages first gear smoothly if I press the gas pedal the first gear sticks and the gearbox kicks the second gear roughly
But this doesn't happen in such a situation always
