There’s also the option of a pure go system.

My car (2011) has nav but no Bluetooth or dab. The pure was £150 and plugs into the aux and usb for power.

It’s great, DAB, Bluetooth calls, Bluetooth streaming and integrated Spotify.

If you already have DAB then Parrot could be better I suspect.
