Rear electric window help.

Hello all my rear window stopped working. This happened when I first got the car. Back then I took to garage and they fixed. Although now I think they bodged it.



Anyway this time I thought I would do it myself. So took my door card off. The motor is still working. The problem is there is a plastic bit that goes round the window and this moves the window up and down. I think there must be some screw or rubber bit that goes through the plastic, Through a hole in the glass/window and then back through plastic on the other side. My bit is missing.??



Anyone have a clue what this part is before I go to vx and ask?
