  • Fuse box help ....

    Hi guys,

I would like to hardwire a dash cam, a blackvue, but I need some help with the fuses. Can you give me a hand please?

Here is the diagram of the wiring but I don`t know which fuses should I use? I know where to get the ground from, but fuses? And which leg of the fuse should I use? The right one ? (xcuse me if I sound stupid) I am talking about the fuse box in the gloves compartment !!!

So I need a permanent live and a switched live !! Which fuse numbers ?

Thanks a lot for your time !!!

Depends what you read, some folks were saying there is NO permanent live in the Insignia (which would pretty much mean you need to run to battery)...

Someone with better knowledge may be able to advise, I purely used the search function

which aparently is what si should use as well...I will try tomorow, and sort it out !!!! will let you know, thanks a lot !!!

Fuses 25 & 26, in the glove box fuse block are connected to BAT+.

Fuse 26 supplies the cargo area 12V outlet.

I don't have any fuse in number 26, just in 25...and I was thinking about 6 as well...
