Correct. Button on end of indicator stalk. When average mpg is displayed and ignition is on, press and hold button until it beeps. Usually takes 3 - 5 seconds before it beeps.

Note that the average mpg value is not actually zeroed. It is set to a median value - 35.3 mpg, I think. (Imperial equivalent of 8lt/100km)

Given all the posts on here regarding claimed v. real life mpg that figure speaks volumes />
