I`ve heard good things about this polish but i dont have a polisher, can i get away withy using elbow grease only ??

Getting swirls out by hand is extremely difficult whatever product you use. Autoglym's super resin polish is pretty good at masking swirls. Its only temporary as it only fills the swirls instead of cutting a layer off the clearcoat

If you are doing it buy had go for Gtechniq P1. It's a bit more expensive but will get the swirls out! If you're only using the 10 quid out of those two Meg's will work better with a polishing pad!

Micrfofibre cloth then buffed with a Kent pad.

Best to use a foam pad to apply compound polishes and waxes. And microfibre clothes to remove the residue

You need to use a hand polishing pad which will allow some cutting power which will remove the swirls! A normal foam pad won't have much effect either!
