Headlight moving up and down

The dealers are only a middle man, as they not manufacture the cars, they do not know everything about the cars.

It's hard, unless you go to a reputable dealer who knows their stuff, or vx main head office/plant.

I've had this problem. Replaced under warranty

You could move my reflector with your hand. This sounds the same

Get it back to them and get the headlight replaced

Upload it to YouTube then paste the link. The reflector in mine was clearly moving. You could see the beam moving at night.
