Don't think there is one. There is a throttle valve, on the end of the inlet manifold, where the boost pipe coming from the intercooler is attached.

I have not found an idle control valve as yet. On a diesel, I think lumpy tickover is more likely to be due to a fuel injector issue. Or the dreaded DMF is showings signs of wear.
